Like many of you, I’ve gone through profound transformation.

I’ve moved across three countries, restarted my career more times than I can count, and faced heartbreak, creative blocks, and moments of deep doubt. For years, I navigated life’s ups and downs without true mindfulness. Eventually, I hit a breaking point. I realized I could no longer live in dissonance with my calling or ignore the needs of my body and soul.

And so, the search began.

I believe the journey of self-discovery never truly ends. I’m here to be your guide through the intricate corridors of your inner labyrinth, and be a soft place to land, when you are unsure where to begin or how to keep going.
